I’m Chaundra, the founder and therapist behind this practice. With over 18 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families—supporting each client with a compassionate, individualized approach to healing.

My work integrates biological, environmental, and psychological perspectives to address the whole person, not just the symptoms. I specialize in treating anxiety, behavioral challenges, and mood disorders, offering both in-person and virtual sessions to meet your needs.

My goal is to guide you toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and lasting change through insight, mindfulness, and practical skill-building. Your healing journey is unique—and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
